Today marks a significant milestone for Red Castle. Under the British Libyan Business Association (BLBA) mentorship, they are launching their inaugural course in Libya: the Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT). This comprehensive programme does more than teach individuals how to deliver training; it fosters confidence, equips students with essential presentation skills, and opens doors to public speaking opportunities.

Daren Holley, Head of Strategy and Training at Red Castle, recognises this achievement as a pivotal moment for the company that has been months in the making. Bringing years of experience delivering training in the UK and abroad, Daren has found the Libyan people to be extraordinarily responsive and positive, and he is thrilled to embark on this new chapter of his career.

Meanwhile, Red Castle’s Managing Director, Khalefa Jamal, emphasises the vital role of education and training for those Libyans who missed the opportunity to attend university. The Highfield qualifications, recognised internationally, allow these individuals to enhance their skills and increase their employability. Khalefa views the introduction of Highfield to Libya as a unique chance for young people aged 18-30 to reshape their lives and constructively impact their families and society. He believes the time for action has arrived following years of lost opportunities.

Known worldwide, Highfield International offers comprehensive training courses across various sectors, including health and safety, first aid, finance, retail, hospitality, and logistics. Under BLBA’s mentorship and with the assistance of Highfield Approved Tutors—comprising highly skilled professionals from both international and Libyan backgrounds—Red Castle is dedicated to providing an outstanding learning experience.

Red Castle’s learning approach aims to develop skills that hold global relevance yet can be easily applied within local contexts. This unique approach empowers learners, leading them to success in various environments.
