We’re proud to announce a significant accomplishment in our community. A prominent network member, Red Castle has become an accredited Highfield Qualifications Centre. As the BLBA, we proudly backed their ambition, underscoring our commitment to promoting educational and training excellence.

Based in the UK, Highfield Qualifications is not just an awarding body but also a global authority in compliance, work-based learning, and apprenticeship qualifications. They have established more than 300 qualifications and have built an extensive network of over 37,000 trainers and training providers across 57 countries. Highfield is recognised and regulated by an array of prestigious bodies, including Ofqual, Qualifications Wales, SQA Accreditation, the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA), and the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

Red Castle will initially offer the following Highfield courses:

  1. Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT)
  2. Highfield Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work and the Use of an AED
  3. Highfield Level 3 International Award in First Aid Response
  4. Highfield Level 2 International Award in Risk Assessment
  5. Highfield Level 3 International Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace

Distinctively, these courses will be delivered by a collaborative team of UK and Libyan experts in their respective fields, integrating global best practices with local knowledge and applicability.

This step represents a significant contribution to our Libyan workforce’s professional development and upskilling using internationally recognised qualifications.
