Libya still requires resources and support to reach it’s true potential across the broad band of Information technology and telecommunications sectors including, cyber security, infrastructure building and hardware and software development so as to study and implement systems for the safe storage, retrieval and sending of information.
With the significant growth of the tech sector now is the time that the UK should be reaching out to engage in the development and potential that Libya presents.
